The main character (me) was put in a mental hospital because he went crazy one day and killed a lot of innocent people. It was a very powerful mental hospital, which was more like a prison than a hospital, and it housed a lot of mentally ill people who had committed crimes in the outside world. It was there that I met several strange young girls, beautiful and lovely but with powers unlike any other, each carrying a blood debt and abandoned by the world. Yet it was in this very place that one day there was a sudden spate of killings. Since we are no longer human, anyone can be a murderer. Will we perish or be saved? Where exactly does the truth lie?
